We would love to empower your teen in a nutrition & yoga combination class. They will learn basic healthy habits in mind and body for the new year and beyond. They will also learn what it means to “eat clean” and make a “clean” winter recipe. They will also have a portion dedicated to creating quiet space for themselves in the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
