This class focuses on nutrition and yoga. The nutrition component focuses on “food as fuel” and the benefits eating for energy. It also includes easy go- to snack recipes and samples for sports. The yoga portion will be an introduction to poses and benefits of yoga. Helping kids to create space to think positively in sports and life.
